Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions

- Non arrival or cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) nights accommodation;
- Cancellation with more 72 hours and less than seven (7) days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of one night’s accommodation
- Cancellation with more than seven (7) days notice of arrival – no cancellation fee
- No refund given once client commences stay(check-in) for reduction in days (length of stay) or guest numbers
- No refund given once client commences stay (checks-in) under any circumstances
- Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions apply to all persons to make a reservation for accommodation at Torbay Sea View Holiday Apartments, regardless of how the reservation was made, by whom, or through which agent
- Other terms and conditions may apply
- Upon arrival we will require credit card to be recorded for secuity purposes and drivers licence.
- Cleaning Policy: Apartments are cleaned prior to guests arrival and following guests departure.Apartments serviced within an 8 day booking. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact reception to arrange. Additional charges apply. Should additional time be required to clean your apartment after departure, an additional charge applies and will be charged to the guest's credit card.
- The Guest's credit card will be charged accordingly if they (or their guests) subject the apartment to accidental/willful damage, smoking, and excess cleaning charges.
- Smoking: All apartments are strictly non-smoking. A charge of $250 will apply if you or your guests are found to have smoked inside the apartment.
